A big problem: the transmission shaft protrudes too far out of the gearbox, when shifting hard or fast it can bend. The consequence: the gears are not properly engaged.
The Gilles Shiftholder helps to overcome these shifting difficulties, the shaft is additionally stabilized. A brass bush is used as bearing for the shaft, it is hard anodized and the shiftholder is available in titanium color.
